Trade finance desk for Asia

Asia's trade corridors, prepared for financing.

ACESSI Hong Kong prepares buyers in China, Southeast Asia and South Asia to finance equipment and services from North America, Europe and Asia — and supports transactions in which Asian suppliers sell to buyers in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Buyers in Asia

Buying from abroad, prepared to institutional standards.

Buyers across Asia increasingly source from several countries at once. Each supplier country brings its own export credit agency and its own documentation standard.

Industrial and energy equipment

Generation, storage, production lines and heavy equipment for manufacturers and project developers.

  • Export credit agencies of the supplier's country
  • International and regional banks
  • Project finance

Technology and infrastructure

Data centers, telecommunications and transport equipment with multi-year repayment.

  • Buyer finance
  • Multiple export credit agencies
  • Private credit

Materials and recurring trade

Components, commodities and repeat purchases on shorter payment cycles.

  • Supplier payment terms
  • Insured receivables
  • Bank trade lines and letters of credit

Asian suppliers

Sell to Latin America, Africa and the Middle East with financing attached.

Chinese and other Asian manufacturers compete for buyers in Mexico, Africa and the Gulf. Transactions involving Chinese export credit, such as SINOSURE insurance or China Exim lending, need a buyer prepared to the agency's standard.

ACESSI Hong Kong works with the ACESSI desk covering the buyer's region to prepare the buyer and the purchase. ACESSI is not an agent or representative of any Chinese institution.

How it works

Prepare first. Structure second. Coordinate third.

Institutional financing rarely fails on the commercial idea. It fails when the buyer, the supplier, the documents and the financial statements tell different stories. The work is making them tell one.

Screen

Buyer, supplier, country of production, product, amount and timing. A short call and the readiness check are usually enough to know whether a review makes sense.

Prepare

Financial statements, ownership records, debt schedule and supplier contract. Where statements follow a local standard, ACESSI's reporting partners prepare US GAAP or IFRS conversions and the reporting packs institutions expect.

Coordinate

ACESSI presents the prepared transaction to the financing sources that fit it, together with the desk in the supplier's country, and manages the questions that follow through to the institution's own decision.

Bankability

Know what needs work before the lender does.

A ten-question readiness check that runs in your browser. It shows what to have in order before an institutional review — not whether you qualify or on what terms.

Start with the commercial facts. We use this to decide together whether a fuller review is worth your time and ours.
